123 covers the entire first floor of a detached house, comprising three bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x bunk bed, cot possible), a lounge (LCD TV, DVD, CD) and a bathroom with shower, washing stand and toilet. Also available are on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (including combi-oven/magnetron, dishwasher and dining area), a closed garden with terrace and private parking. There is also the "Ateljee", where children can live their lifes to the full with paint, clay, etc.
