B&B Description

The Hague is a typical house in a nice neighborhood built between 1902-1912 with Art Deco and Art Nouveau features. Think of decorative ceilings, marble fireplaces, a wood carved staircase and stained-glass windows. These are extras for the lover of Architecture. The B & B itself is (partly) furnished with furniture from this period, mostly carved wood. But even with the occasional nod to the year 1950. Art Deco B & B centrally located in the city has free parking and public transport within 1 / 7 minute walk to both Scheveningen (beach + sea), and the Hague Municipal Center. In the district are many (small) restaurants to choose from menus from all corners of the world or just Holland and French food can get. The city of The Hague has everything your heart desired: shopping, the sea, many famous museums is both modern and ancient art to see. For children there is lots to do! It is a green city!

B&B Art Déco by public transport. If you go by public transport there is a direct train from Schiphol to The Hague (both stations are right). When you arrive at The Hague Central Station (CS) buy a OVkaart at the station and take tram 3 direction Loosduinen and stop Valkenbosplein. The Valkenboslaan (154) starts on 'the head' of the Valkenbosplein. This is a 7 minutes walk. When you arrive at The Hague Hollands Spoor (HS) you buy also the Strippenkaart and take tram 12 (startingpoint) opposite the station, stop Copernicusplein. Turn to the decorationstore = Valkenboslaan and walk about 5 minutes to B&B Art Déco, Valkenboslaan 154. It is the part which has frontgardens. B
